Easy Pay 4 Net is an official and authorized agent for many global companies specializing in electronic services, digital products, and games. We aim to provide all available services on our site with the simplest and most convenient payment methods, while striving to offer the best prices.

Easy Pay 4 Net acts as a payment intermediary between you and the primary companies that own the services/products you wish to purchase online, eliminating the need to take risks with untrusted sources. We aim to deliver these services securely to avoid fraud and scams that have spread on many websites.

General Terms:

1. All services/products listed on the website are digital and cannot be exchanged after being sent to you, whether they are used or not.

2. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

   • If the product is not delivered within 24 hours and the delay is on our side, the customer may request a replacement or a full refund, except in cases where orders are held due to payment method alerts.

   • In case of purchasing the wrong product and it has not been sent, the refund will be processed as follows:

     • For purchases via CashU, a 10% fee will be deducted, and the refund will be processed within 6 hours.
     • For purchases via Perfect Money, a 5% fee will be deducted.

   *** The customer is not entitled to request a refund or cancel the transaction after the product has been delivered, especially if it's a card number or PIN code. ***

   • If there are any issues with download sites or games, you should contact the main company as we are only authorized distributors and not a third party for resolving technical support issues.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

• If payment is made via reference number through companies like Fawry or payments (Aman, Momken, Masary) and an issue occurs, you must contact the service provider to follow up or cancel the order. If you contact us for inquiry, you will need to wait 7 business days for a response.

• If payment is made through Smart Wallet, Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, or Orange Cash and an issue occurs, you must contact the service provider or the bank to follow up or cancel the order. If you contact us, you will need to wait 7 business days for a response.

• You may be required to provide personal identification documents for some payment methods.

• To prevent fraudulent transactions, a daily transaction limit has been set. If your order exceeds this limit, we will review the payment, and additional information may be requested. This process may take up to 3 business days or more before your order is delivered or a refund is processed to the same payment method used.
